Telcordia Receives Billing & OSS Excellence Awards

Billing & OSS World Conference & Expo announced that Telcordia Real-Time Charging and Telcordia Real-Time Policy applications, part of the Telcordia Service Delivery suite, have been awarded the 2009 Billing & OSS World Excellence Awards in the Best Revenue Management category. The awards recognize the leading vendors, service providers and integrators in the development and deployment of next generation Billing & OSS technologies and solutions.

The Telcordia solution includes a flexible policy and charging rules function (PCRF) that meets the requirements for an IMS PCRF and Online Charging System (OCS) within the Policy and Charging Control (PCC). The solution is powered by the Telcordia Converged Application Server, which combines the strengths of advanced service creation and call or session control with real-time charging and policy running on a multiservice telecom application server.
