Private Meeting Room Rental
- Sponsor receives a two-day rental (April
30 – May 1) of a meeting room in the convention center. The rooms are located
just up an escalator from the entrance to the Expo Hall.
- The rental includes a sign for the door and set-up of tables and chairs.
Any additional furnishings, electrical, telecommunications or catering needs are
the responsibility of the sponsor and must be secured separately by the sponsor.
- Only paid exhibitors at the Billing & OSS World Expo are eligible to
reserve a meeting room.
- There are a limited number of meeting rooms available.

Entrance Unit Advertising
- The entrance into the
exhibit hall includes a limited number of 3’w x 8’h backlit ads. This
four-color graphic is eye catching and right at the entrance to the exhibit
